In the opinion of this blogger, business intelligence suggest small enterprise have the best chance for grabbing much of the commercialized marketplace. With many big businesses cutting back on advertising and other costs, equal big businesses become capital challenged with the loss of advertising revenues. The end result, prices or commissions increase to make up for lost usership.
It’s been widely reported that there is as much as $15 Trillion USD in floating credit. The ability of entities (big business, big bank, big government) to permit the fabrication of inflating values to get $10 USD for every $1 USD throughout the entire global sphere demonstrates the end result.
At one time, the USD DOW orbited in the range of 14,000; now, in the 7,000 range, much of the global credit “fake” has been absorbed by the U.S. economy and taxpayers. If it is true that the U.S. has passively accepted to absorb as much as $2 Trillion USD more, then it may also be true that for every 500 on the U.S. DOW $1 Trillion in USD is represented then it may also be true that the “so-called” bottom for the leading global economy will land in the range of 5800 or so on the DOW. Certainly a good theory? Perhaps.
What if the DOW remains higher? Don’t think it can; it can be delayed by surplus spending to cushion the landing. However, big business, big banks and many big brands are directly related to the DOW, looking for 5800 as the floor, small enterprise ideas can launch and incubate with greater impact than ever.
From small enterprise will come recovery…create working capital.
